During pilot programs and early releases, user data will not be used for model training or research purposes unless users are clearly informed and provide separate consent.
If future development requires training on user-submitted data, users will be notified and given the opportunity to opt in without losing access to their existing data.
HiveScribe uses Google Cloud infrastructure, including Firebase services, for authentication, database storage, and file storage.
Data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS and stored securely on Google Cloud systems.
Audio transcription and AI processing may be performed using secure Google-hosted AI services.
These providers process data solely to deliver application functionality and do not receive rights to use your content for advertising or independent purposes.
